This product is designed to protect your patterned concrete sleeper faces during transit. It is made from durable material, allowing it to contour to the undulating pattern of the sleeper face.
This Spacer absorbs vertical shock and stabilizes product whilst in transit, meaning less damage to your product, and a safer load. It is ergonomically designed to keep fingers from being squashed when placing between sleepers.

‘Wedge 55/25 for Concrete Sleeper Installation’
Our Wedges are used during concrete sleeper installation. This wedge design incorporates an underside center spline to enhance the strength, durability and absorption of impact during the installation process. The 3mm to 25mm high pitch ensures the finish face of the concrete sleeper is secured firmly when UC and PFC galvanized columns are used.
This product is only available via our Brendale (QLD) manufacturer, but as demand increases we will endeavour to set up in other states as well.
These Wedges can be dispatched in boxes (2,000 units), or pallet form (54,000 units)
